All that is found outside you.

You are sick with fear,

Ignorance, sadness,

Desire: rid yourself of these.

No satisfaction

in this world; your high

rank makes it impossible.

Steadfast endurance

Bitter made bitter -

Resign yourself to despair.

Ugliness, confu-

sion and distortion/

When natural order is lost.

If the body rules

Over your spirit

Both needs must go to ruin.

Sovereignty

Is unsuitable.

Humble yourself. Ask for help.
