Enter the dream realm

But do not trust it -

When you wake you'll feel absurd.

Pleasure binds you here,

You become its slave.

You will be forced to return.

The world will mock you,

Join you in laughter

Leave you in tears: do not yield.

You must quit this world.

Sadness comes if you

Cling to the edge of your dreams.

If you can't define

You can't control, as

You call things into being.

The soul is mobile

Both physical and

Endowed with free choice and will -

The soul is mobile

Grasps all form in thought

Separates form from matter -

The soul is mobile

And wills what is good

Strives to grasp the sum of things.

What will break and melt

Is not trustworthy -

Remember, you're a stranger.

The little you do

Contains more use than

The knowledge you don't act on.
